We love creating one of a kind floral arrangements inspired by the season. Our specialty is designing unique, artisan floral pieces, that bring warmth and warmth to your event.
Our a la carte weddings are perfect for couples who love our signature style, but don’t require large arrangements, on-site set up or delivery. This option is ideal for clients who only need personal flowers, centerpieces and a few focal arrangements. Simply choose the size and quantity of your personal flowers and centerpieces and describe your colour palette. Leave the rest to us!
Our a la carte option is NOT well suited for couples who want very specific flower types, require an in person consultation or have more complex event design needs.
We understand how stressful planning your wedding can be. With so many choices, so much conflicting advice and so little transparency when it comes to the actual costs of things, planning your wedding can quickly go from exciting to overwhelming.
We’ve streamlined the process of selecting your wedding flowers by offering a limited range of lush, organic arrangements made from both locally and internationally grown blooms, so choosing is easy. All we need is your color palette.
Orders are available for pick-up during set times at our home studio in Burlington, Ontario.

SUBMIT ORDER FORM
Complete the Floral Wish List form that we've emailed you a link to.
Within a week of receiving your Order Form, Bloom Scout will email you a quote for your wedding flowers based on the details you provided. Please note our minimum order is $1200.
CONTRACT + DEPOSIT
After approving your order, send a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your order and a signed copy of our contract to reserve your wedding date on our calendar. Your deposit will be applied toward your final balance.
MAKE FINAL CHANGES
Five weeks prior to your event, we will reconnect with you to finalize your order. Additions, substitutions and small changes can be made at this time. Your price cannot go down, only up.
Final payment is due 30 days prior to your event. Cheques must be payable to Erin Leighton. Payments made with a credit card incur a 4% processing fee. We accept e-transfers sent to email@example.com
ENJOY YOUR FLOWERS!
We will have your flowers carefully packaged and ready for you to pick up at our in studio on the date and time specified on your final order. Please note, whoever picks up your flowers will have to check them over and sign off on them, once signed off on they are final and their care is the responsibility of the courier and family. We hold no responsibility after this point.
